Week Two Task
As we enter the second week of the Side Hustle 6.0 Bootcamp, it is worth mentioning that we have learned a lot since our first week as quality assurance interns; there is a strong sense of collaboration in the bootcamp while taking responsibility for tasks assigned.
Our first task was to select a product and write at least ten test cases per screen for that product.
But after careful deliberation, our team opted to work on the Piggyvest Mobile app; if you're curious about how we arrived at the solution, you can read about it here.
Project's Details
The team's project for this week is to create test cases for a To-do application and test when the mvp (Minimum Viable Product) is ready.
What is a To-Do list?
It’s a list of tasks you need to complete or things that you want to do.
A ToDo list can be defined as a list of tasks you need to complete or things that you want to do.
Most typically, they’re organised in order of priority. Traditionally, they’re written on a piece of paper or sticker notes which act as a memory aid. As technology has developed, we have been able to create a to-do list with excel spreadsheets, word documents, email lists, to-do list apps, to name a few.
Having a list of everything you need to do noted down in one place helps one not to forget anything important. By prioritising the tasks in the list, you plan the order in which you’re going to do them and can quickly see what needs your immediate attention and what tasks you can leave until a little later.

Here is a link to the google sheet containing the test cases and summary of the test carried out.
Summary
On completion of the test cases execution, we had 18% of the test passing and 82% failing.
However, this report does not represent the Test summary for the finished product. The to-do app is a project in progress and we are documenting each step of the process.
Thank you for reading.
